Transport charges
In the “summary” all the shipping costs are automatically calculated, they can change according to item’s weight and volume. Important: before confirming the order, it is possible to modify the shipping address in the personal area.
The shipment happens within 24 hours from the payment receipt. The products are sent by express courier in Italy, and will be delivered in 24/48 hours.
So, except for causes independent from our will, the goods will be delivered within 3 business days from the payment.
At the time of shipping, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer with the tracking number to monitor the shipment on-line or at the service number given.
IMPORTANT FOR THE DELIVERY: when the package is delivered the courier will ask you to sign. REMEMBER TO SIGN WITH RESERVATION IF YOU SEE SOME DEFECTS ON THE PACKAGE.
You will avoid problems after the delivery caused by transport damages. Only with the reservation it is possible to retaliate with the courier for damages occurred by transport. Failure of proven reserve, our company can’t refund for damages or shortfalls.
In case of problems with the package received please write us immediately at info@aromasofitaly.com so we can open a complaint with the courier and at the same time substitute the goods.
t is possible, according to D.Law.n° 185/99, to obtain the right to return, communicating it within and not later than 14 days from receiving the goods, by e-mail at info@aromasofitaly.com
It is necessary to send back ,as soon as possible, the product, to have the refund (transport charges are not refundable).
Important: The products have to be returned intact, not used, unopened, in the original box with all documentations and or accessories. Excluded from the right of return: mistakes made by item choice and defects not due to the company.
